Shipping policy

At Fitigues, we’re committed to ensuring your order gets to you quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping options to best suit your needs:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12 PM PST)

Please note, these are estimated delivery times and do not include processing time.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates as we work to expand our shipping destinations!

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Fitigues is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Damaged Items:
We take care in packaging your items, but if your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately at trina@fitiguesclothing.com We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
